40 -year -old drunk old pilot, to get his own life ‘intentionally’ m6 ‘after the fear of fire killed four families in an accident
When he heard an investigation, a decorated old shelf hunter pilot took his own life by killing four people along a highway and he headed in another car along a highway.
40 -year -old Richard John Woods, Blue Skoda Fabia last year on October 15th M6 in the M6 in Kumbria M6 north of a Toyota Yaris was deported to Yaris almost four times the driving limit.
Woods had made more than 20 searches covering suicide before the incident, and an investigation was told about his death.
The accident saw that a fire ball was swallowed by Glasgow Toyota, and four out of five passengers, including both children, died at the scene.
42 -year -old Jaroslaw Rossa died with 15 -year -old Filip and seven -year -old Dominic.
Mr. Rossa’s partner, Jade Mcenroe, died at the age of 33, but his seven -year -old son Arran survived the tragedy despite serious injuries.
After the incident, Woods’ collapsed Skoda was found in two -thirds of a spinning bottle.
The Cockermouth Coroners Court heard Woods from a flight security conference in Ribby Hall Village near Lancashire, Lancashire, Preston.

During the morning classes, snoring was heard and others felt that alcohol could be under the influence.
He could not come for a session in the afternoon and he went north at M6.
Around 15.30, eyewitnesses initially saw Skoda traveling to the north. He was dragging between three lanes, traveling irregularly.
Witness Bryony Bedborough then said to the police: ‘We were afraid of what to happen,’ ‘either drunk or drugs,’ he added.
He described Woods to look like ‘as if it was reconstructed in his own balloon’.
Woods withdrew to the south before a sudden Undo -turn during the main road to the north, and progressed to the south in a flat line of more than a mile.
There was a close kidnapping with a vehicle, Gavin Howe remembered a ‘blue blur’, swareing and reflects: ‘It was incredible how I managed to avoid this vehicle.’
Woods, while colliding with the yaris, neither braking nor any illegal action. The police found that he was probably traveling at 70Mph during the collision.

A driver remembered ‘loud explosion’ and ‘a’ raining ‘debris from top down.
“(Yaris) The driver had no time to react,” the witness Gavin Walsh.

Woods died of more than one injury. The analysis of the mobile phone revealed the previous 26 calls covering the suicide and suicide of military personnel abroad.
Det exhibition DEB Story from the serious collision investigation unit of the Cumbria police ended after all the evidence that Mr. Woods wanted to end his life.
He said to the hearing yesterday: ‘I can say that this is a deliberate action. If Mr. Woods survived, I would have presented the case looking for a charges of manslaughter. ‘
Assistant Cumbria Coroner Mrs. Margaret Taylor recorded the result of suicide and called the event ‘disaster’.
Mrs Taylor said: ‘The only thing I can do at this stage is my condolences to the family for the resulting tragedy, and at the same time to remember those who guarantee this tragic event.’

The hearing was originally told that Woods from Northumbria, Hexham was a flight lieutenant and later was a fleet leader as a fast jet pilot during a 14 -year shelf career.
He toured Afghanistan twice, completed three Iraq rounds in 2019 before leaving the Raf – he received a praise for one.
Lastly, he worked as a head contractor trainer pilot for the UAE Systems in the Raf Marham in Norfolk.
He heard that there was a history of investigation, anxiety and harmful alcohol use, and later received professional help.
He told a consultant of the previous fighter aircraft study: ‘I left bombs. It was just a job. ‘
This counselor ultimately created the opinion that he wanted to improve his life and set out again.
In a statement read to the investigation, Mr. Woods ‘father Keith said:’ Richard was a good, honorable man against others; It’s just a problematic spirit that loses its path. ‘
An investigation into the deaths of Jaroslaw, Filip and Dominic Rossa and Jade Mcenroe will be held on April 3 at Cockermouth.
