44 Old-Australia star who played tests was punished for participating in the drug agreement

The former Australian cricket team Spinner Stuart Macgill refused to jail after being found guilty of participating in a cocaine agreement on Friday. He was given a 22 -month intensive correction order and 495 hours of community service for the crime. The 54 -year -old was found guilty two months ago, but the trial of his sentence was postponed. While it was found guilty of participation in a cocaine agreement in May, the old-Australian star was cleared of joining large-scale drug supply. The jury of a Sydney Regional Court was acquitted in April 2021 to facilitate a kg cocaine agreement worth 330,000 Auds. However, he was convicted of joining the drug supply.
The court heard Macgill’s regular drug dealer at a meeting under Sydney’s restaurant in North Shore, his brother -in -law Marino Sotiropoulos.
Although rejecting information about the transaction, prosecutors argued that the agreement could not be realized without the participation of the agreement.
Macgill was involved in an incident allegedly kidnapped last year. However, the alleged kidnappers – two brothers – claimed that Macgill had come willingly and had been involved in drug trade. According to Fox Sports, the brothers Richard and Fredrick Schaaf claimed that Macgill had gone to the abandoned southwest Sydney property in court.
The police previously said that Macgill was a sacrifice and was not involved in any criminal activity.

“I believe that Stuart has the background of the knowledge accumulated in his life to appreciate all the future options for the future and the hard work and steps necessary in this process.” He said.
