In India, the Cricket Control Board (BCCI) announced the annual central conventions in the 2024-25 season and pointed out the return of Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan, who remained from the 2023-24 list. Only four players reached the A+ category – Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja. Rajat Patidar, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Harshit Rana and so on.
Central contracts are divided into 4 categories – A+, A, B, C – depending on the performance of the players and their participation in three forms. After retiring from the T20 Internationals, Rohit, Kohli and Jadeja’s A+ category (Annual Inr 7 Crore salary) had speculation about speculation, but was kept by the Triple Board of Directors.
