Atlanta Braves didn’t look like a contestant 10 days ago, but after winning seven of the last nine matches, they rolled.
Atlanta will take this acceleration to Denver against Colorado Rockies on Monday night. Braves will send Bryce Elder (0-1, 5.57 ERA) to a match that holds his right hand against Colorado’s Ryan Feltner (0-1, 3.86).
Braves started the season with a record of 0-7, and then climbed 5-13 to Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday before bringing together four and three-game winning lines before losing the final of a three-game road series.
In 12-15, under the .500, they enter the series against three matches.
Elder will make the fifth start of the season and leaves the best trip of the year. He made five strokes at the beginning of the first three of 2025 and allowed 12 runs, but on Wednesday, St. Louis left only one run in six inning in a win against Cardinals.
He could not get the victory-Eli White broke a tie with a Homer, a tie with a Homer in the eighth in order to lead the brave to 4-1.
Elder, “We needed someone to go there for a long time; I was happy to eat some inning and could talk quite well. I was quite excited about this.” He said. “Sometimes the crime is slow, I think it will be good for us. A little boredom is good. It is fun to see the men buy something and are in better bats.”
Elder 2-0, 3,75 ERA at the beginning of two careers against Rockies. One of these trips arrived in Colorado when he allowed four runs in six innings on 28 August 2023.
He faces a Rockies team, which has lost six in a row and is 4-23, the worst start in the 33-year-old presence of franchise. Colorado comes out of a house scan against Cincinnati and was not shot for 5 2/3 strokes with 8-1 loss on Sunday.
Colorado, the best young player Ezaquiel Tovar’ın injured and on Saturday after receiving the Texas Rangers after receiving the infielder Trejo’yu 26 people added to the squad. Tovar has hip contusion and returns within about a week.
Trejo was prepared by Rockies in 2017 and made the big league output for them in 2021. He played 173 games for the club before he was appointed to the task last summer.
In a small league agreement for the rest of 2024, he joined Los Angeles Dodgers and signed Texas as a free agent in Offseason. Triple-A Round was playing for Rock.
28 -year -old Trejo was happy to re -participate in the organization.
“I got a few phone calls from some men here (Saturday). Very nice.” He said. “You leave a place, and you think you’ll never see those men again, and then the next thing you know you’re getting a phone call that you’re going back, and these are the first men looking for you. It means a lot.”
On Sunday, he had one of the three singles of Colorado, and Feltner’s turn came to end the losing line against a team that Rockies never beat. Feltner is 0-3 with 11,91 ERA in three careers against Braves.
