Since the excitement occurs for the highly anticipated T20 Mumbai League 2025, Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) announced a series of icon players directed by the Stars of Indian Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer and Ajinkya Rahane. The T20 Mumbai League, one of India’s leading franchise -based domestic T20 tournaments, returns after a six -year break planned to take place at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai from May 26 to 8 June. Sarfaraz Khan, Shardul Thaw, Prithvi Shaw, Shivam Deshance. All of the eight players represented India at the highest level, which stressed Mumbai’s depth of extraordinary ability on the cricket pipeline.
“We are pleased to reveal eight icon players who brought Mumbai a tremendous pride for Mumbai with their performances on both domestic and international stage. They represent the spirit, heritage and perfection of Mumbai. They will have a fans with an exciting and unforgettable experience.
Each franchise will be allowed to choose a icon as a part of the staff and will add both experience and star power to its arrangements. MCA will soon announce the auction date.
The T20 Mumbai League served as a proven platform for developing skills, which offers young cricketists the opportunity to exhibit their skills with the most established names of the game. More than 2800 players have seen an overwhelming response next season.
There will be eight franchisees in the T20 Mumbai League: Northern Mumbai Panthers (Horizon Sports India Private Limited), Arcs andheri (Arcs Sports & Entertainment Private Limited), Mumbai North East (Transcon Triumph Knights Special Limited) Limited), Than India Tig from Eatgle.
