S. Congratulations for winning the BGIS 2025 Grand Finals! How do you feel now? Can you describe the emotions passing through the team?
Saumraj: I don’t feel anything especially strong right now. I think it brought a very different feeling when we won a cup for the first time. Now, it seems to pass through a mixture of emotion, so I’m not sure when the real overwhelming feeling will hit me. I think we just have to wait and see.
Krafton’s role in nurturing talent through the rising star program
S. You are one of the espor players selected for the rising star program. How exactly does Krafton help you in your growth?
Saumraj: First, I would like to thank Krafton India for choosing me for the BGMI rising star program. Fortunately, I was chosen because I registered for this and meet all the criteria and other requirements. After the announcement of my selection, I took a photo shoot and came to my room with an Airdrop full of things that would help me enlarge my social media channels. The rest of the details will emerge soon after, and now I do not have the freedom to explain them. So please keep watching us.

S. Who is the first person you want to share the victory of BGIS 2025?
Saumraj: I celebrated the victory of BGIS 2025 with everyone. But my family is the first people I want to share. I was at home for about nine months after I had more than one training camp, and it was a different situation for me. I felt worse than being at home, I don’t win anything, and I just played the game.
There was no support from anyone except my mother. He supported me day and night to provide food. I used to play the game all the time and my mother would bring food for me, then I would cook. I believe my mother and father will be very happy now.
Q. What are your views on the prize pool by Krafton India through the in -game polls system? Should it continue this in the upcoming activities?
Saumraj: Krafton is a very good initiative in India. When you open a BGIS 2025 chest, it is great to add a part of the total to the reward pool. Even if these crate items were not good, why should you include them? And they said it was an experiment for now, but they will give us more in -game goods and this will increase the award pool even more.
