Diamondbacks placed Justin Martinez on the 15 -day wounded list with the right shoulder inflammation, while Arizona's Bullpen made another shot on Thursday.
The team also transferred to Aj Puk closer to the 60-day injured list due to the left elbow inflammation and called Jose Castillo from Triple-A Reno.
Martinez saw a decline in his speed on Wednesday against New York Mets, and the manager Toray Lovullo also noted.
“We certainly know that things are not the same right now,” Lovullo said, “and we will understand it with it.”
23-year-old Martinez, this season with three savings in 12 aids and 1-1 with 2.70 ERA.
12 savings in 86 career assistance with Arizona and 6-7 with 3.59 ERA.
30 -year -old Puk has 3.38 ERA on his first eight trips, while transforming four savings opportunities.
PUK, which was purchased from Miami Marks last season, accumulated more than 212 matches (four starters) and 26 with ERA with 3,53 ERA and Oakland Athletics (2019, 2021-22), Marks (2023-24) and Diamondbacks.
29 -year -old Castillo has 1,69 ERA in five relief with ACES this season. San Diego Padres (2018-19, 2022-23) and 40 career relaxation went 3-3 with ERA.
