Shaken by more than one Indian military strike in Pakistan, the Cricket Board called an emergency meeting to discuss whether the ongoing Pakistan Super League, which has a series of foreign players, would be stopped. PCB spokesman Amir Mir, “Naturally the current scenario may have been discussed. Players were given a heavy security blanket by the Pakistan army.” He said.

“There were surgical strikes on both sides of the border, but we do not expect it to affect PSL. But if God forbids it, if things rise, we will sit together to decide our next step.”
