Leafs G Anthony Stolarz stays in Toronto while the series switch to Florida

Maple Leafs Golender Anthony Stolarz stays in Toronto on the way to Florida for the third game of the Eastern Conference semi -finals against Panthers on Friday.

Toronto increased 2-0 in the seven best series after 4-3 victories on Wednesday against Stanley Cup champions.

Maple Leafs coach Craig Berube has not provided an update since Florida’s head was hit by Sam Bennett’s arm. Stolarz was vomiting near the counter and was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

The backup Joseph Woll saved 25 on Wednesday.

The game is planned on Sunday, FLA on Sunday, and the series returns to Toronto for the game 5 if necessary on Wednesday.

The team did not confirm the scope of Stolarz injury or whether NHL was in the shock protocol. If this is the second, Stolarz must make a six -step assessment before being cleaned to pay.

Matt Murray is expected to back up Woll in Game 3.

The 31 -year -old Stolarz starts with Maple Leafs with seven playoffta .901 savings percentage and 2.19 goals.

26-year-old Woll went 27-14-1 in 42 normal season match this season and released .909 savings percentage and 2.73 GAA.
