André Portasio, the widow of Paul O’Grady, opened his husband’s loss while celebrating the second anniversary of his death.

The presenter and TV server died of a sudden cardiac arrhythmia at the age of 67 on 28 March 2023.

Her husband shocked death while explaining that she had died in her kitchen in their homes in Kent.

Two years after O’Grady’s death, Portasio announced that he wanted to guide him because he had to make ‘difficult decisions’ from his late husband.

He said ‘I’m good,’ Mirror. Life is just going on. Paul is always in my mind. Now I had to make very difficult decisions.

“ I sell the house and I hope it is there to guide me. I’m doing the right thing, right? ‘

Portasio announced that on the anniversary of O’Grady’s death, he reminded a video that his phone took him just 20 minutes before his husband passed.

‘I went to bed and looked at my phone and showed a prominent picture. I didn’t know what happened, and then I was like “Oh my God.” I had completely forgotten that. I thought it was a good thing to share with fans. ‘

Portasio shared Video on Instagram And he appeared in the subtitle of the article: ‘How our minds can protect us from the pain of disappearance in the moments of shock. Today, my iPhotos reminded me of a missing video I recorded from Paul just 20 minutes before it passed – his last recording on the camera.

In the video, Paul saw that he was hugging his dog Eddie and he was talking about how he inspired the book, which he thanked his pets for reading fans.

He concluded the video as he told the fans what he would be his last message: ‘Anyway, thank you once again. I’m really grateful. Look at yourself. ‘

Portasio told Mirror that his late husband often watched the videos because he helped him remember.

“ Normally I enjoy watching his videos. Sometimes I feel sorry, but mostly I laugh about them. It was very funny. It also helps me to remember how funny, real and optimistic. “

The couple were together for 17 years and after 11 years in 2017, they tied the knot.

Portasio was a former professional ballet dancer who performed with the British National Ballet and met the comedian in 2006.

O’Grady, who is still standing in his 2012 autobiography, said neither himself nor Portasio did not expect to fall in love: ‘Our relationship was just crawled to us. It surprised us when we waited at least. ‘
