Yankees activates RHP Jonathan Loaisga after the elbow procedure

New York Yankees activated his right hand from Jonathan Loaisga on Friday from the wounded list, while the left -handed Tyler Matzek was appointed for homework.

Loaisiiga returns 13 months after an internal brace procedure in the Ulnar collateral ligament in the right elbow. The 30-year-old boy had only three matches last season and went 1-0 without allowing to run in four strokes.

In seven seasons with Yankees, 3,44 ERA in 163 matches and 19-11 (11 start).

Matzek, 34, had 4.26 ERA in seven aids this season. During seven career season, Colorado Rockies (2014-15) became 16-21 in 175 matches (24 beginning) in 175 matches for Atlanta (2020-22, 2024) and Yankees.

New York also returned Clayton Beeter from his right-hand-handed rehabilitation, made him old from IL for 15 days, and elected him to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
