RCB VS SRH MATCH IN THE HEAVY RAINS IN BENGALUURU, EKANANA CRICET STADIUM

RCB’s last match against KKR was washed because of the constant rain in Bengaluru.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has been forced to make a couple of tweaks in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 schedule. The upcoming match between the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has been relocated from Bengaluru to Lucknow.
RCB vs SRH match rescheduled
According to ESPNcricinfo, taking the weather in Bengaluru into account, SRH have been told to stay put in Lucknow. The Pat Cummins-led team faced Lucknow Super Giants at the Ekana Cricket Stadium on May 19 and was going to fly out to Bengaluru today. But the BCCI has told them to remain in Lucknow.
RCB has been told about the change in schedule as well. They’ll now fly out to Lucknow to first face SRH on May 23 and then their final group stage match against LSG on May 27.
The weather in Bengaluru hasn’t been great, and the forecast doesn’t paint a great picture either. A yellow alert has been issued, and the change of game happening at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium seems like next to none. So the BCCI has been forced to revise their IPL 2025 schedule once again.
The BCCI has also announced the venues of the playoffs as well. Qualifier 1 and Eliminator will be played at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, while the Narendra Modi Stadium will host the Qualifier 2 and Final.
