Wind farm developers are concerned that neighbors steal their winds

Imagine that you build a new house for yourself with the unobstructed view of the nearby mountains. However, within months, someone else starts building a house in front of you and prevents your opinion. A neighborhood dispute seems inevitable.
A similar scenario plays in Northern Europe with the rapid development of the new open sea wind farms. As the sea base becomes more and more crowded with new turbines, developers are concerned that new wind farms can “play” from existing areas.
