Recently, Republican Gov. A new law signed by Brad Little will illegally stop various public benefits, including prenatal and postnatal care, crisis consultancy and some food aid for women for women, for women in the United States.
The Idaho Law, which entered into force on July 1, seems to limit the first of the public health benefits, as President Donald Trump ordered that public benefits do not go to unsuitable immigrants. Similar measures have been proposed in some other states.
Restrictions on public benefits are part of a wider effort to support Trump’s pressure on illegal immigration in the state -led states. Some states rejected the driver’s licensees, canceled the college education rates in the state, and increased illegal criminal penalties for immigrants in the United States. And since Trump took office, there has been more than three times the number of states and local law enforcement officers with agreements to help the laws of federal migration laws.
The federal law has generally forbade immigrants in the United States to receive benefits financed by the taxpayer through programs such as social security, medicare, medicaid and temporary assistance for migrants in need for decades. However, there are some exceptions such as emergency medical care.
States have had the flexibility to provide other benefits, independent of immigration status, through federal options or financed only with state dollars. Idaho removes some of these special carvings from the state laws.
One of the sponsors of the bill, the Republican Sen. Phil Hart said that state financing can be used for emergency medical services, regardless of someone’s legal residence, and a baby born in the United States for the services provided to an illegal parent in the country. However, he said that someone else should set foot on the bill for things such as vaccine or prenatal health services.
Hart, during a Senate debate last week, “does not prevent anyone from accessing any of these services. What he does is to prevent the state of Idaho to pay for them,” he said.
However, opponents claim that preventive health services-especially the limitation of measles as a measles in Texas will threaten the overall health of the Idaho and weaken the state’s stance of abortion.
“We are very proud to be a pro -life state and I share this goal,” Republican Senator Jim Guthrie said during the discussion. “However, in this case, the legislation that rejects prenatal care may endanger the lives of birth.”
New boundaries on public benefits, Washington at the Vigration Policy Institute, a DC -based non -profit -based thinking tank, can legally determine some immigrants in the United States in the United States.
“Just asking for immigration status has a creepy effect on the participation of people,” Lacarte said.

Several Industry and Religious Groups, Idaho Food Manufacturers, Idaho Distem Association, Idaho Trade and Industry Association, Catholic Bishops and Mormon women decided for the ethical government. However, the legislation was supported by the powerful Idaho Foundation Foundation, a right -wing political thinking tank and lobby group.
