Five immigrants sue Trump administration to use their war -time forces to send them to Hellhole prison.

Five Venezuela man suits the Trump administration on the exercise of the Law of Alien Enemies to deport immigrants accused of being a terrorist in court without days in court.

In a class case, one in Texas, the second in New York, the Union of American Civil Freedoms or Aclu filed a lawsuit against Trump administration.
