In the LGB+ population, the risk of self -harm for people defined as black, white (2.4 times higher), Asia (2.3) and mixed (2.3) a greater relative increase than ethnic groups; 2.4 times higher for those living in the least deprived areas 2.4; and 2.9 times higher in rural areas, compared to 2.5 for urban areas.
