Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma finally explained the story behind the famous ‘Koi garden Mein Nahi Ghoomega’ dialogue. In February 2024, during the second test match against England in Visakhapatnam, Rohit was heard on the goug microphone speaking with his players and asked them to show more energy during the encounter. The dialogue has become synonymous with Star India Meyilli and after a year after the incident, he finally announced what caused. Rohit announced that it was an important moment in the match and asked his players to do their best on the field.
“He was in Vizag, overly over and were walking slowly like the players in a garden. Nobody was running, there was no urgency in the field.
Rohit also said that India really needed a small door at that stage of the match and needed its players to be more active. India continued to win the match with 106 runs and levels of the five-game 1-1 series.
“So I saw it for two or three sea and then I said that things could not continue like this, you couldn’t play like this. Everyone was going with a flow that bothers me and then I told everyone that it wouldn’t be like this. A partnership continued. I was desperate to make a collective effort in such moments.
