Former Indian cricket Sreesanth refused to comment on the suspension of the three -year suspension by the Kerala Cricket Association and stating that he was not aware of the issue. Sreesanth was suspended by KCA because of the wrong and humiliating statements of the organization about the negligence of Sanju Samson's Champions Cup 2025 national team. Sreesanth claimed that Samson had come forward by KCA to play on the Kerala side last year, and therefore missed the election for the national team for the champions. The decision was taken at the KCA's annual physical meeting in Kochi on April 30, and was shared by the state cricket organ on Friday through an official statement.

When he contacted Ians for his comments, Sreesanth remained strict to comment on it. “I am not aware of this,” Sreesanth said, in response to Ians when asked to be suspended by the Kerala Cricket Association.

Meanwhile, Sreesanth is now waiting for official communication from KCA and will apply for a three -year suspension according to sources.

This is not the first time that Sreesanth is not a problem. In 2023, the previous example made a legal notification following his rent on a discussion with the existing Indian men's team head coach Gautam Gambhir, the Legends League Cricket (LLC) commissioner in 2023.

In March 2023, Sreesanth announced that he retired from all kinds of crickets.
