The 3rd OCA Coordination Committee Meeting starts with presentations of 18 Ainagoc departments covering areas such as sports, accommodation, transportation, accreditation, marketing, ticketing and IT services on May 1.
During the Coordination Committee meeting, two sponsorship signing ceremonies are planned.

Both meetings will participate in a common welcome reception with Ainagoc on the evening of May 1.
2026 Asian Games will take place in Aichi-Nagoya between 19 September and 4 October and will bring together the participants from the 45 national Olympic committee of OCA.
