Authorities are investigating harmful fire in New Mexico’s GOP center

Albuquerque, New Mexico – Federal officials are investigating a fire that damages the way to enter the center of the New Mexico Republican Party in Albuquerque in the early hours of Sunday.

A photo provided by GOP representatives showed the charred entrance of the building with wood and burnt insulation pieces scattered on the ground. A broken and burned door was set to one side.
New Mexico Republican Party President Amy Barela, GOP office of the security system detected the fire, he said. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and prevented the spread of the fire.
Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller described the Kundakçi as a cowardly action.
A Democratic Mayor said in the afternoon of the Democratic Mayor, “Any politically motivated crimes are unacceptable and grateful to our fire brigade for their rapid responses,” he said. “This event is being investigated at the federal level and I urge everyone who has knowledge to inform immediately.”
Barela said that GOP representatives found spray paint about 50 meters after the entrance to the edge of the building and that “ICE = KKK”. Monday, the ATF spokesman refused to comment on graffiti.
According to Fejer, Agents from FBI were also at the scene. FBI representatives could not be reached immediately for comments.
