Bangladesh will visit Pakistan for T20IS in May; Faisalabad will host 17 years later

On Wednesday, the Pakistani Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed that Bangladesh will go to the country for a five -game T20I series that Faisalabad will host international matches after a long space of 17 years. Last year, Bangladesh visited Pakistan for two test series, part of the ICC World Test Championship, and returned home to 2-0 winning home. The planned white ball series, which was a part of the next tour program (FTP), initially consisted of three ODI and three T20Is. PCB, ICC men T20 World Cup with the planning next year, both boards, ODIs agreed to replace the ODIs with two Annex T20I, he said.

Five matches will be played in Faisalabad and Lahor between 25 May and 3 June.

This will be held for the first time since April 2008, an international match will be held at the IQbal Stadium in Faisalabad, where 24 test matches have been played in the past.

In September last year, the PCB organized several local tournaments, including the opening champions of the opening champions and last month, including the National T20 Cup.

The first and second T20Is of the series, which is planned on May 25 and 27, will be held at the IQbal Stadium.

Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will host the three T20Is planned on May 30, 1 and 3 June.

The Bangladesh team will come on May 21 and will enter the training sessions at IQbal Stadium between 22-24 May.
