Sunil Narine and Anrich Nortje, Knight Riders, became the first couple player to refuse the use of the first preferred bats because they intensified the ‘Bat-Check’ regime in India. The KKR duo failed to control the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 against the Punjab Kings on Tuesday. A few dough bats were also checked, but only Narine and Nortje failed in the test. IPL Governor Arun Dhumal broke the silence on the issue and claimed what to happen in the T20 league ‘the road’.

Bat controls have been in place for a long time, but the tests on the field are something BCCI introduces this season. Just as some players are preparing to walk on the field, the referees come randomly to give the size of their bats. Even in the field, Mumbai Indians Harkdik Pandya once passed the bat control.

“Nobody should feel that someone has an unnecessary advantage.

The scores in the IPL now have now passed the 200 -condition sign, and there has been a lot of discussion around the balance between the bat and the ball. Big -size bats have become a problem. The same was accepted by an international slope.

“They collect the lower part of the bat collectively, because it is the area where bats are trying to contact with the ball. The ‘sweet spot’ gives more power to more wooden and less wooden strokes around the stem,” he said.
