Blondie Drummer Clem Burke died at the age of 70
The group said Burke had diagnosed cancer and described his death as a “deep loss”.
Since he joined a year after his formation in 1975, Debbie Harry has appeared in the studio album of the front group.
Burke was in the group, one of the first output of 2017, through the 1978 classic parallel lines to the pollination of 2017.
Blondie’s Instagram Harry and the group’s guitarist Chris Stein said, “After a special war with cancer, we convey the news that our beloved friend and group friend Clem Burke passed.
“Clem wasn’t just a drummer, but also Blondie’s heartbeat.
“His ability, energy and passion for music were unique, and their contribution to our voice and success cannot be measured.
“Beyond his music, Clem was a source of inspiration both on the stage and on the stage. Living spirit, infectious enthusiasm and Kaya Sağlam Sağlam touched everyone who had the privilege of recognizing him.
“The influence of Clem went far beyond Blondie, a ‘rock and roll survival’ that declared himself, he played and cooperated with many iconic artists.”

Burke took part in Iggy Pop’s 1982 album Zombie Birdhouse, and also performed with Bob Dylan, The Ramones, Who Guitarist Pete Townshend and Joan Jett.
The statement said that Burke has left an indelible trace in every project where it is part of it “.
“We expand our deepest condolences to Clem’s family, friends and fans. The legacy will live with the tremendous amount of music it creates and numerous life it touches.”
Call Me, Heart of Glass, and one or such classic pieces, Burke made the last live look with Blondie last year.

Among those who paid tribute to him was Dave Davies, Kinks guitarist: “I am sorry that Clem Burke was taken sooner than us.
“In peace, let it lie in the magnificent drum, we were friends.”
Nancy Sinatra said: “My heart was shattered. As a member of Clem Blondie, it was a symbol, but it was also an important part of my group, the cab was blessed for calling her my friend.
“If I needed him, he was there. Always. Widow’s wife Ellen, to send healing prayers and comfort to his family and everyone who loves him.”
