Another day is another brave drama about a series of murderers responsible for a series of murders targeting vulnerable women.
Inside Long bright riverNow all of the eight episodes of the Philadelphia Police Office Mickey Fitzpatrick (Amanda Seyfried), a neighborhood of the opioid crisis, sets out to investigate why he died under suspicious conditions in the streets of Kensington, a neighborhood destroyed by the opioid crisis. While Mickey is receiving the case at a professional capacity, Kcey (Ashleight Cummings), who suddenly disappeared after the struggle against addiction with Kensington and his inhabitants, pushes him to the dangerous area.
Although the Police Department rejects deaths as an overdose, otherwise it will evidence that Mickey forces it to take issues to their own hands. Mickey begins to reveal a dark systemic corruption network that returns to his employer.
Showrunner for the screen, writer and head producer Nikki Toscano (Offer– Hunters,), Long bright river Liz Moore’s (also a writer and executive producer at the show) is based on the best -selling novel of the same name, and ultimately remains quite accurate for the bending and return of the welding material.

Who is the killer Long bright river?
Following the episode 6, he shows that he lived in his home of his alienated father Daniel (Michael Gaston), whom Summer Kacey had previously believed to have died, and he said that there was nothing more than the former partner of the police behind the murders.

Mickey finally brings pieces of the puzzle together and realizes that the criminal is actually a new partner Eddie Lafferty (Dash Mihok). At the beginning of the investigation, Mickey wanted to stop working with Eddie because he felt disrespectful to the targeted women. After showing a picture of Lafferty to Kacey, Mickey manages as a supplier of a new drug sweeping him in Kensington and says he is with many sex workers he knows.
Mickey finally confronted in a abandoned church with Lafferty, where Kacey and the drug dealer Baby Dock (real) already set up a trap for him. Lafferty admits Mickey that he killed women because things “came out of control” and estimates that they are starting to threaten them to expose them to drugs when they don’t stop forcing them for sexual goodness. Suddenly, the shots are playing, Lafferty falls, and four of the sex worker friends, one of them and one armed, reveal that they were hiding in that room. Mickey then shoots Lafferty for the last time and proves that he is on the woman’s side.
Knowing the corruption in force is deeper than Lafferty’s crimes, but he can’t do anything about it, Mickey is ultimately resigning. Nevertheless, the series ends with a relatively happy note for the Fitzpatrick family, how many healthy baby and sisters finally change with each other.
