Comprehensive Deion Sanders Documentary Comes to Netflix in 2026

Former NFL star and current Colorado University coach Deion Sanders is going to Netflix.
In a statement on Wednesday, a three -part documentary “Prime Time” was prepared for the 2026 version.
Currently, in the production, the show will discuss Sanders’ story as a two -sports athlete who moves to a coaching career. In addition, NFL and College Football Honor List Honoree will detail Honoree’s personal story, from the relationship with his father to suicide attempt, to the amputation of two of the old corner toes.
In a press release to introduce the new series, Sanders said, “Finally, it means to tell my unfiltered story, my truth.” He said. “I’m in the third quarter of my life and they call me Coach Prime.
“You knew a part of every step of the road, but you never recognized Deion … And I’m excited to share it with you. High and scales, facts and tragedies, and everything.”
Sanders, 57, Atlanta Falcons (1989-1993), San Francisco 49ers (1994), Dallas Cowboys (1994), Washington Redskins (2000) and Baltimore Ravens (2004-2005) and 188 NFL play with 188 NFL.
During his professional career, he collected 53 interventions, nine goals, 296 struggle, five forced fumbles, four fumbles recovery and a sack.
Sanders also played 641 mlb matches from 1989 to 2001 and hit 39 home running, 168 RBI, 308 running and 186 stolen base .263. The central field player New York Yankees spent time with Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati Reds and San Francisco Giants. In the 1992 World series, Sanders went to Toronto Blue Jays in six matches and went to 15 to 15 with five -stolen bases, four running and two pairs.

Coach Prime spent the last two NCAF season with Colorado Buffaloes. He inherited the 1-11 team and radically reshaped the squad, including bringing his sons and Travis Hunter from Jackson State. Buffaloes broke 4-8 records in 2023 before he rose to 9-4 in 2024 and became the second player of the school to win the Heisman trophy in Hunter.
