Cristian Arango again scores, Earthquakes Rapids

Cristian “Chicho” Arango scored the eighth goal of MLS leadership, and San Jose earthquakes on Saturday night won 2-0 against Colorado Rapids at Colorado Rapids in Colo.
Dejuan Jones added his first goal since he joined San Jose (5-6-1, 16 points) last month, and the first two assists had a match against Portland Timbers in a 4-1 home win.
Daniel has made five stops to keep San Jose’s first clean page since the 4-0 home win against Real Salt Lake in the season opener.
In addition, since the first two matches, Quakes’ first back-back league win, Colorado (4-4-4, 16 points) fell into a second flat defeat and won the winning run to four games.
Jones was excellent in his right -wing position and made most of his installation work at the opening time of the first half.
When he waited for a Colorado pass to attack San Jose half, he started, then played the ball from the right wing and Costa on the left wing.
Costa dragged a rotation cross to the penalty point, and Jones came as a late runner to shoot the lower right corner for the first time beyond Zack Steffen’s dive.
When Arango also closed Chidozie Awazem, he did the defense legs to build the second for San Jose, and then prevented the defender’s permission attempt.
From there, Arango protected the ball and entered Steffen, then threw a master chip over the goalkeeper’s head, and then returned under the cross bar in 67 minutes.
This made Colombia a three -way tie above Chicago’s Hugo Cubers and Tai Baribo of Philadelphia’s Tai Baribo.
San Jose was pleased to defend his leadership from there, and Colorado rarely resulted in clear opportunities, while sending more numbers.
Rapids was held for the fourth time without a score, and although he played the last minutes, a man has been having a stop time since April 5th. The earthquakes had to leave the Christmas Buck 89 with an injury and San Jose had already used all the substitute windows.
