Danial History at Tejas Waves Esports Championship

Danial writes history at the Waves Esports Championship, also known as WESC 2025, and adds the first gold for India.
While the Summit of Waves determined the milestones throughout technology and culture, the Indian Esports gained a historical breakthrough and collected the country's first international gold medals. Danial “Danial” Patel and Tejaskumar Hasmukhbhai Bhoi, hosted by the ESports Federation of India at the Jio Congress Center of Mumbai, the champions appeared at the ESSPORTS Championships (WCC3), respectively.

Talented players from five countries took part in the competition and challenged the national winners in two popular titles of India. In Efootball, Danial competed against the best contestants from the global espor power centers of Malaysia, Thailand and Laos, and visited the final and defeated Southiphone Singthong (Laos) 5-3 and Nathawat Satake (Thai) 2-1. Later, in the exciting big finals, Malaysia's Mohamad Azrudin bin Yaacob'u 2-0 was nervous to beat. Satake podium completed.

Speaking about his victory in Efootball, Danial said: “Winning the leg of international waves was an unforgettable experience. Competing on a global scene pushed me beyond my borders, and the energy, talent and passion I witnessed was really inspiring. The waves gave me not a platform to exhibit my skills, but also gave me memories and connections that would live a life.”
