Munaf Patel, a member of India’s 2011 World Cup winning team and Delhi Capitals Bowling coach, was fined 25 percent of the match fees, and on Wednesday, he accumulated a debit point to violate the rules of IPL against the Rajasthan Royals in Deldium. IPL said in a statement on Thursday, “Munaf Patel, in accordance with Article 2.20 – the game is about to act contrary to the spirit of the game and the referee’s sanction accepted.” He said.
