Arizona Diamondbacks found the consistency of Tampa Bay Rays recently missing.
With Pavin Smith’s two extra hits, Diamondbacks won the first match of a three -game series between the two teams on Tuesday, and will look for his eighth victories in the last 10 matches on Wednesday night.
Arizona took at least five rounds at six of its seven wins during stretch.
Smith’s last six matches with six extra base hit-third Homers and two conditions in three pairs and third shots, Homer gave Diamondbacks a clue to Diamondbacks on Tuesday, which they never lost in the Gulf of Tampa 5-1.
