“Don’t think that Mrs. Dhoni is the captain …”: EX CSK Star’s blunt warning against franchise

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) officially announced the return of MS Dhoni MS Dhoni as the captain of the team in the rest of the 2025 season. Dhoni will try to fix the ship with Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, who is excluded from the rest of the season due to an elbow injury. CSK is currently struggling with only one win in five games and ranks ninth in the IPL 2025 points table with -0.889 net work rate.
Although Dhoni’s return to the leadership will give the team extra motivation, former CSK Wicketkeeper-Batter Robin Uthappa thinks that the change on duty will not guarantee success.
