Chennai Super Kings (CSK) endured the most severe defeat in the history of IPL (with the remaining balls). The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 faces the setbacks of international stars. The Australian little door keeper Alex Carey withdrew from Islamabad United just a few hours before the matches against Lahore Qalantars due to local commitments in Australia. Carey was replacing Rasie van der Dussen, who was expected to join the squad soon. Sundar’s Preferences

The Indian versatile Washington Sundar is inadequate in IPL and played only 61 matches in 8 years and due to the effect-down rule that prefers experts. However, Sundar is ready to match the consistent application. He explained that he prefers to hit the upper/middle order that he could face quality pottery and encounter big runs. Sundar was beaten in various positions in IPL, but mostly in lower order. He emphasized to do his best in every training session to stay on the game. Great change in ODIs

ICC is considering scrapping two new ball rules in ODIs to revive the art of reverse oscillation. The rule of rule proposed by the ICC Cricket Committee, headed by Sourav Ganguly, will allow the teams to start with two new balls, but to pass from 25 to one ball. This can bring the format to the formation and if the conditions allow, the bowl can give the potter the chance to reversed the ball. Other suggestions include the introduction of in -game clocks in test matches to check on rates and shift men’s Under -19 World Cup to a T20 format.
