This initiative is based on Bihar's pioneering efforts to host Open Espor Championships in 2023 and 2024. Following the leadership of Bihar, other states such as Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Mizoram, Tamil Nadu, Teanghana and Himachal Pradesh clearly revealed the open championships of 2025 and their own esports.
