Formula 1 Superstar Max Verstappen announced the birth of his first child with his partner Kelly Piquet.
The world champion who defends four times, his daughter Lily and the couple published a photo on Instagram on Friday.
“Welcome to the world, sweet Lily,” Verstappen wrote. “Our hearts are fuller than ever – you are our greatest gift. We love you very much.”
The 27 -year -old Dutch driver kidnapped the media day for Miami Grand Prix on Sunday, but is expected to train on Friday.
Piquet is the daughter of former F1 world champion Nelson Piquet. Former F1 driver Daniil Kvyat has a daughter Penelope from a previous relationship.
Verstappen from Red Bull Racing is currently third in the ranking of drivers, and McLaren teammates follow Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris.
