Notes: This is the fourth and final event of PGA Tour in Texas this year. This has been making the 79th tournament in Colonial since 1946 into a host place for the longest time in the tour among the non -majors. Hole No. 3-5 was called “Terrible Horsshoe” by Late Golf writer Dan Jenkins. … With the famous tartan jacket of the event, this week’s winner will take the 1992 Schwab defender home as the sponsor’s “award car” award. … The official world golf ranking in the field includes the top 50 players and nine players who finished in the top 10 last week. … Aon Swing 5 will win a monument next week after this non -qualified event. The first 5, Ryan Fox, Harry Higgs, Mackenzie Hughes and Kevin Yu, Niklas Norgaard and Alex Smalley ranked fifth. This week’s field is not only FOX and Norgaard. … Blades Brown, who was 18 years old on Wednesday, is on the field with Neal Shipley as the election elections of the two champions. … Former North Carolina star David Ford will do his professional exit. Other sponsor exemptions include PGA Professional Michael Block and former great champion Webb Simpson. … 2025 Ben Hogan Award Owner Luke Clanton (Florida Province) accepted the first invitation to the next year’s field. … Zach Johnson broke 259 tournaments record in 2010.
Best Bets: Scottie Scheffler (+240 in Draftkings) won the last two start. The pre -enormous pre -tournament’s favorite did not win at Colonial, but he finished two years. … Jordan Spieth (+2200) missed the interruption last week, but in 2016 he won at Colonial. … Daniel Berger (+200) continuously discussed in the RBC Heritage, including a T3. … Hideki Matsuyama (+2500), who ranked seventh, has missed three other 10 players on the field, but three of the last five parts. … Tommy Fleetwood (+2500) is still looking for a game victory in the United States. A couple had the first 10 years old before the T41 of the last week. … Aaron Rai (+3000) gives quietly strong results, including T19 of last week. … Harris English (+3500) finished quietly with 65 on Sunday to finish the T2 best last week and the number 10 in the Fedex Cup ranking. … Si Woo Kim (+4000) could not keep up with Scheffler on Sunday, but he released a T8 last week and now lives outside Dallas. … Davis Riley (+5000) is trying to join Hogan as the champions of the event. He would also claim that the solo was second last week, although not a triple bogey in the seventh hole on Sunday. … I Griffin (+6000) released a T8 in Quail Hollow in the heels of winning the Zurich classic with Andrew Novak.
