Former World Snooker Champion Graeme Dott, Children was accused of sex crimes

Former World Snooker champion Graeme Dott was accused of child sex crimes.

A 47 -year -old child and a girl are charges of sexual abuse against a girl.

The court newspapers claim that Dott had exploited his daughter in Glasgow between 1993-1996, starting from the age of 10.

Between 2006 and 2010, he encounters sexual harassment of a child at the age of seven in the places in Lanarkshire.

Dott, who won the World Championship in 2006, was suspended by Snooker’s administrative body, World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA).

A brief description of the WPBSA website read: “Graeme Dott was suspended by WPBSA for a lawsuit planned to be heard in front of the Supreme Court in Scotland.

He continued: “While the court continues, it will not be appropriate for WPBSA to comment more.”

Dott would enter the second round of the World Snooker Championships in the second round on Friday.

He has the right to object to the suspension, but it is unlikely that the process can be completed in time to play as planned on Friday.

The case will be called to the Supreme Court in Glasgow in June.
