Henry Davis, pirates Serial Win etc. Targets the Nationals

Pittsburgh Pirates Catcher Henry Davis is having fun again after a shaky start of his big league career.

Davis is in my array when the pirates concludes their four -game series against Washington Nationals, who visited the Pirate afternoon.

Pittsburgh won two of the first three matches of the set, including 6-1 win on Wednesday. Citizens lost three hit for the fourth time in five games.

Davis played an important role in the last win for Pittsburgh, the seventh shot. The 25 -year -old is looking for a new start after fighting against the Major League field in each of the last two seasons.

Davis influenced Derek Shelton in five games since he was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Saturday. The fifth Inning Solo Homer broke a score -free tie on Wednesday, and at the same time he threw James Wood trying to play his second base in the first shot.

“Just have to be more aggressive,” said Citizen Director Davey Martinez. “There are really good things. We have seen in spring education. I saw it before. He should use Fastball to be a little more aggressive and advance. I think he’s throwing too much breakage.”
