Hackernoon mobile application updates: blogging box and reading suggestions

Hey hackers!
Another mobile application update has been a while since we reported feedback – 2.03 version is definite. Since then, Hackernoon’s mobile application has undergone two more updates, including the reactment application of an incoming box and messages, as well as reading suggestions and other design shifts. Let’s dive.
📲 Update your application now
2.04 version – Welcome to your blogging box!
Now, you can send a message directly to Hackernoon editors in practice! Do you need feedback or broadcast tips? Ask your blogging box.
How does it work:
- Click the message icon (upper right corner)
- Start a new conversation, write and send -> Your message will be directed to the right person
- Long press messages for reaction
You can also control open, closed and unread DMs and use the search function to find certain discussions.
Behind the curtain, ie at the back, our primary database is now Mongodb, our blog broadcast speed, scalability and our ability to create lists of related technology blog posts.
2.05 version – Reading suggestions, less distracted and smarter API calls
This version hides navigation more subtle and puts the blog broadcast on the front and center. We rewrote some API calls and created a new comment API. The quality comments made in this application are strengthened around hackernoon.com and around the web.
Finally, just as on our website, we have added a new notification board. In short, click on the notification bell and check out all your notifications, to check the “For you ve and how the community interacts with you to check the suggested stories according to your interests.
