Quotes:
Is there any rule you want to get rid of in IPL? I can give you a hint: this is a …
You really have to ask the audience because I’m part of the team. I don’t think I have any control on changing the rules, nor will I not even think about doing something like that. Therefore, the audience will give you better answers and certainly will give you more entertainment.
In the Indian team or IPL, you usually don’t get much game time. How hard is it to maintain this rhythm?
To be honest, it’s not too hard, because we practice every day. We will do what we want and work on different aspects of the game. So, finding the rhythm and staying on the game is my control. If I give 100 percent in every session, I will find the best rhythm and the best belief system. Everything is about the purpose I have brought to every application session.

How important do you think the effect player rule for IPL?
Team India India coach Gautam Gambhir supported you very much. How important is this for a player?
It makes a big difference to be honest. Gauti Bhai helped me to understand my potential and how to approach my game in different situations. Being under him had a great learning experience. Understanding yourself and your own skill sets certainly makes a big difference. In this way, your graph is just rising and you gain more perspectives from the people around you. I’ve learned a lot about myself for the last few months.
Similarly, you work with Ashish Nehra in GT.
I have known him for a few years. We also worked together at RCB. That’s why I knew what to expect from him and the GT culture. He believes to adapt to situations and read conditions as early as possible. We do this as well as a team this season. He believes he’s doing enough work for preparation. Regardless of if you are young people or senior players, this really worked for all of us.
In general, GT is a new installation for you, a new franchise. How did the experience have so far?
Before I joined, I talked to my friends (Sai Sudharsan and Sai Kishore) about GT. To be honest, we will practice a lot. We put too much skin to improve every set of skills. If you have a specific purpose and you are trying to improve any aspect of the game, it must happen and you have to find your best rhythm and the spell you are looking for.
Are you trying to add a new element to your bowling? Any mystery (Carrom) ball?
Trying new delivery is absolutely exciting and fun, especially without changing your natural technique too much. I do this in a year and a half last year. At the end of the day, bowling is something you need to enjoy independently of format. The more pleasure you enjoy and the more business you put, the better you will be and you will see more magic in the field.
IPL matches are played in the fields that prefer dough. How hard is it for a traditional Off-Spinner like you?
Even for fast pottery, there are many times when there is not much help. In addition to the first two sailors, there is not much for fast pottery. It is about how they adapt to these situations and that they get the best of them in challenging conditions that will emphasize them. Everything is about how you work and what you think about your game.
Your tensile shots and looking shots look very effortless and you play them without losing your shape. Was it always natural?
In the early hours of my career, I started to meet the middle Pacers and fast pottery. This was definitely helped. I remember going to the MRF Pace Foundation and hit the fast pottery from the age of 13. Over the years, I understood how I could face rapidly and especially in which shots I could be good against the fast dish pottery and I could continue to develop. It is also related to understanding my game, and these shots come to me naturally. In addition, I prepare these shots daily and continue to develop.
You started your career as a high -level slope. What is your preferred stroke position?
It is absolutely fun to bat on top, because you get more opportunities to make more balls and big running. However, it is also exciting to enter the team’s best performance and win the game. Regardless of the situation, it is about trying to win the game for the team. But at the same time, it is very fun for the top and swing, speed and quality spin. In these cases, trying to maximize my skills makes me happy.
