Wallethub also agreed in some unique metrics, such as the composition of doctor visits, the share of parents with emotional support, and the hate crime of per capita.
Wallethub analyst Chip Lupo said, “There are many small ways for people to manage stress from being active and attending hobbies to take a holiday from work and get help from a mental health expert,” he said. “What many people are not aware of is that changing the position may also be a great stress reducing.”
“Lower crime rates, better health care and better economies of states tend to have much less stressful inhabitants, Lu he added.
