Missouri State Safety Todric McGee died on Saturday after the authorities maintained what they described as “self -accidentally self -esteem wound”. He was 21 years old.
Springfield news leadership, a Springfield (MO.) police spokesman, civil servants on Friday morning during a health check after finding McGee’yi transferred to the hospital, he said.
The school reported McGee’s death on Saturday morning. The investigation continues.
Missouri State Head Coach Ryan Beard said in a statement, “Our football family is in shock and mourning to the loss of Todric.” He said. “Join us while praying for Todric and people who love him.”
Missouri State Athletic Director Patrick Ransdell said through publishing:
“I wish our condolences to Todric’s family, friends and teammates on behalf of our university and the entire department.
Kan was in his last year with Wichita, McGee, Missouri, and was expected to play an important role for the bears who entered the first season at the US Conference. McGee, who had the start of security in 2023 and 2024, won the Honor of MVC All-Conference in 2023.
A injury cut the 2024 season after the short McGee’s five games, but still finished eighth in the team with 42. There was also an intervention and four pass deviations.
