Iconic Lord’s Cricket Area set to host 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup Final.
The tournament will start on June 12 next year. In addition to Lord, Oval, Old Trafford, Headingley, Hampshire Bowl, Edgbaston and Bristol County are other places.
New Zealand will enter the 2026 tournament as the defending champion.
The expanded 12 team tournaments will be seen to play 33 matches for 24 days. Eight teams – the UK, Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and the West Indian Islands – ICC women have already secured their place for the T20 World Cup 2026.
12 teams will be divided into two groups for the group stage, then follow the knockout tours and finals.
The final was set for July 5, 2026. Lord’s hosted the finals of the 50 World Cup in 2017, when England defeated India for the title.
