Lynx Spoil, Kelsey Plum’s first output victory through Sparks

Napheesa Collier scored 23 points in 10 shots and Minnesota Lynx took 89-75 victories against Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday evening.

Alanna Smith, to start the season to win the second flat road match for Minnesota 7 of the 10 points finished with 18 points. Courtney Williams released double pairs with 13 points and 10 assists, and Jessica Shepard added 11 points and 10 rebounds of their own pair from the counter.

Azura Stevens scored 21 points in 7 shots of 12 shots to lead Los Angeles. Dearica Hamby scored 20 points and took 10 rebounds and Kelsey Plum finished with Sparks with 18 points at the first exit.

Minnesota was generally 47.9 percent (34 of 71) and 47.9 percent and 40 percent (25 percent), 40 percent (24 percent) in total (60) and 3 -point range 34.6 (26).

Lynx left Sparks 43-30 behind in the second half to secure the victory.

Minnesota started the third quarter to take ahead 55-47 in 9-2 run. This included Williams’ 3-Officers, Collier and Bridget Carleton and Smith’s consecutive baskets.

Natisha Hiedeman then made a pair of free throws to put Lynx in the first 70-62 in the last minute of the third quarter.

Lynx left behind 19-13 in the fourth quarter and sparks the rest of the road.

Minnesota took ahead of 46-45 in half and Collier directed all scorers with 17 points.

At the end of the first quarter, Lynx took 30-25 ahead and Hiedeman was three seconds to make a five-point edge.

Sparks left Lynx 20-16 in the second quarter to drop the gap to someone. Los Angeles scored the last five points of the first half thanks to Plum’s 3-Bloodist and Hamby’s shooting.
