Memphis protector PJ Haggerty, the second team All-American, will enter the transfer portal.

Haggerty told Athletic on Thursday, confirming a few other media reports.

Haggerty won the American Athletics Conference award of the year after the average of 21.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.8 stealing average for the tigers at 2024-25.

The next team will be the fourth of Haggerty in four years. He started his university career at TCU, but he only acted in six games. As a first-year student in Tulsa in 2023-24, Haggerty exploded for 21.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.9 steals per competition.

He helped Memphis to win the title of AAC and reach the NCAA tournament, and as a seed number 5 that the tigers lost to Colorado province in the first round.
