Francisco Lindor, Friday night St. Louis Cardinals came back from the ninth bottom with a long home run for New York Mets, who returned to beat 5-4.
Mets won the first two matches of the four -game series and four of them. The cardinals lost three of the four.
Brendan Donovan from Louis tied the game to Huascar Brazoban (1-0) before reaching the third field of Lindor’s Ryan Fernandez (0-2). Lindor’s only hits of the night and his career was 250.
Lindor dropped his stick and looked at the Mets shelter before he started his truck.
It was Lindor’s second output RBI. On April 5, Toronto Blue Jays made a ninth sacrifice fly with a 3-2 wins.
When Mets tied a one -time RBI pair of Luis Torrens, he led the eighth place. New York had tied the game twice before. Tyrone Taylor (Triple) and Juan Soto (Single) RBIs had the RBIs of the fifth place in the fifth place, and Mark Vientos grumbled for the second time for the second time.
Pete Alonso reached three times and made two walks for Mets.
