Pascal Siakam scored 21 points for Indiana, the fourth seed, which closed its best seven series with consecutive wins.
Indiana has been entitled to the Eastern Finals for the first time, which has lost Miami Heat twice since 2013-2014. Pacers was beaten by the final champion Boston Celtics last season.
