Penapap Kings filed a legal lawsuit against Preity Zinta, a co -owner and Bollywood player Preity Zinta, Chandigarh Court Mohit Burman and Ness Wadia. Three are the director of KPH Dream Crick Cricket Private Limited, the company owner of the Premier League (IPL) team of the Indian Premier League (IPL) team. Preity Zinta challenged the legacy of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 21st. The meeting claims that the meeting was held without monitoring appropriate procedures in accordance with the Law of Companies, 2013 and other secretary rules. According to him, on April 10, he objected to the meeting in an e -mail, but his objections were ignored. Mohit claims that Burman continued to meet with the support of Ness Wadia.

Although Zinta and another director Karan Paul attended the meeting, he asked the court to declare invalidation. One of his main concerns is that Muneesh Khanna was appointed as a director during the meeting.

In his case, Zinta asked the court to act as a director and to prevent the company from taking the decisions taken at this meeting.

He also asked the court to prevent the company from having more board or general meeting without the presence of both Karan Paul and until the inclusion of Muneesh Khanna until the case was resolved.

Despite these legal problems, Preity Zinta continued to support Punjab kings from stands in the 2025 season, the Indian Premier League (IPL). This year was a strong year for the team.
