Chicago Cubs remembered the third master Matt Shaw from Triple-A Iowa on Monday, and was appointed for the Mission of Infielder Nicky Lopez.
23 -year -old Shaw. He started the season with CUBS and beat a Homer, three RBIs and 18 strikes in 18 games .172.
Cubs chose Shaw with the 13th General Election of 2023 at the University of Maryland.
The 30 -year -old Lopez was signed by CUBS in February, released in March and then again signed with Los Angeles Angels on 23 April.
Lopez, CUBS this season was 18 to 18 in 14 games. In 686 games with five clubs for seven seasons, Lopez, seven home running and career with 153 RBI .245.
