Richard Chamberlain, Dr Kildare and Shogun died at the age of 90


Actor Richard Chamberlain, known for his role in the 1960s, Dr Kildere and Shogun’s role in Shogun, died at the age of 90 and confirmed his publisher BBC.
Chamberlain won the title of “King of the Mini series” for his leading roles in Shogun and Thorn Birds.
Hawaii died late at Waimanalo with local time (10:15 GMT Sunday), after a stroke complications, the publisher Harlan Boll confirmed – just a few hours before the age of 91.
Chamberlain’s partner, Martin Rabbett for a long time, said to him, “An amazing and loving spirit.”

He said: “Our dear Richard is now with the angels. Free and rising to those who are loved before us.”
Rabbett added: “Love never dies. And our love lifts him to his next great adventure.”

Born on March 31, 1934 in Beverly Hills, California, Chamberlain grew up in what he calls the “Wilshire Boulevard”, which was far from the richness of Hollywood’s stars.
