A group of teachers who lost their jobs after a recent Supreme Court Decision on WBSSC recruitment deception went to Sourav Ganguly’s house on Thursday to invite him to a march to the West Bengal State Secretariat. However, according to a report of Abp Ananda, the former Indian Cricket team captain rejected invitations. Teachers went to Ganguly’s residence in Calcutta to invite the march that will take place on April 21st, but according to the report, Ganguly replied – “Please do not include me in politics.”

Emphasizing that students should not suffer, the Supreme Court today, due to irregularities in recruitment of appointments canceled at the beginning of this month, Western Bengal teachers can continue to teach until the new election process is completed, he said. However, this relief is only for ‘without’ ‘teachers – those whose names are not linked to any irregularity during the investigation into 2016 appointments. In addition, relaxation is for class 9, 10, 11 and 12 teachers.

However, the Supreme Court set a deadline for the Bengal School Service Commission (USSC). India Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna said the USSC should publish ads for new recruitment driving until May 31st and the election process should end until 31 December.

He continued: “The prayer made in the application, 9 and 10 grades and 11th and 12th grades as long as we are about to accept. Fresh recruitment advertising will be up to May 31 and the whole process, including the exam is subject to the following conditions.”

The Chief Justice, “State Government and Commission, will submit a declaration covering the program to ensure that the advertising copy and recruitment process is completed until 31 December on May 31 or before. In case the advertisement is not directed, appropriate orders will be passed, including the application of costs.” He said.
