Rockies, Rhp Chase Dollander Place in IL

Chase Dollander, who pulled Rockies rookie right hand, was placed on a 15 -day wounded list on Thursday with tightness in the right forearm.
Colorado took action the day before Dollander’s return to rotation against New York Yankees on Friday.
Dollander (2-5, 6.28 ERA) threw 98 fields in 4 2/3 strokes in Arizona on Sunday and performed 13 strikes with three runs at the beginning of the last two.
Rockies did not perceive a reserve in the rotation of 23 Dollander, who could return after only two starters were missing. The process is backwards until Monday.
Dollander, the ninth general election in the 2023 mlb draft from Tennessee, said that he has recently been working on “mechanical” and usually anchored more consistently to the mound. It is not clear whether Rockies have detected the problem or has any relationship with injury.
Rockies remembered the 24 -year -old relaxing Juan Mejia to replace Dollander in the squad. Right -handed, he took part in six games with Rockiies this season and compiled 4,72 ERA in 7 2/3 Inning.
